No-Show Policy

Spa TREATMENTS, Injections, In-Office Procedures

This policy is designed to maintain the efficiency of our clinic and to allow us to provide the best possible experience for our patients. We understand that plans can change, and are happy to reschedule your appointment if needed. We simply ask that you provide us sufficient notice so that we can schedule another patient during that time.                                                                                                                                      

• 1st No Show: Patient will be reminded of policy.

• 2nd No Show: Patient will be charged $25.00. Payment will be collected prior to scheduling another appointment and will not go towards a service.

• 3rd No Show: Patient will be charged $50.00. Payment will be collected prior to scheduling another appointment and will not go towards a service. Patient may be unable to schedule a future appointment. 

To cancel appointments please call 870-333-5737. If you cannot reach the office, you may leave a detailed voice message. We will return your call at the earliest opportunity.
