PLEASE NOTE: There is a $50 consultation fee for all cosmetic consultations, which can be applied as a credit towards the purchase of any treatment at Majewski Plastic Surgery in the 12 months following your consultation. If you plan on paying through insurance for your procedure, your insurance company will receive a bill.
